Featured project

Escadron & Cockpit

Status: Personal setup · used daily

Runs on my own machines, server and agents: built for one person, not offered to others.

A self-hosted fleet of AI agents for software engineering, and the workstation to drive it.

Escadron · The review loop

  1. Orchestrator Receives a task and writes a scoped brief.
  2. Coding agent Implements it on a branch and opens a pull request. Its engine is interchangeable: Escadron is not tied to one model or tool.
  3. Tour de Contrôle · independent reviewer Never reviews its own work. Re-runs the tests, mutates the code to prove the tests catch regressions, and gives a verdict.
  4. Human Merges.

Cockpit

The desktop web workstation to drive the fleet (missions, reviews, agents, infrastructure) in one screen. Passkey login.

Boîte Noire

Shared memory, an MCP server, that records every decision and verdict.

Hangar

Mines finished cycles and proposes improvements, applied only after human approval.

Next: the Harness

Status: In design

The rules, workflow and tooling distilled from daily use of Escadron & Cockpit, packaged so that a team can use them. Unlike Escadron and Cockpit, it is meant to be shared.

First piloted with a development team, to get feedback.

Tools planned for sharing

Shared memory between agents

Planned: one memory for the team's agents.

Several Tours de Contrôle

Planned: several independent reviewers for a team.
